Sprint to cut 4,000 jobs (Reuters)
Reuters - Sprint Nextel , the No. 3 U.S.
mobile service, said on Friday it will cut about 4,000 jobs and
close about 8 percent of its stores, predicting further
pressure on its ability to attract subscribers and turn a
profit in 2008.
